Kensington’s April BTL tranche already full

Kensington has told brokers that its tranche of funds available for direct applications for its prime buy to let range is full for April.

It says new products will be available for brokers that submit direct to Kensington from May 1.

Funds which have been booked by submitting online before 4.30pm today will be processed on its existing rates.
