Maximum loan: Up to 95% of valuation subject to a maximum of £300,000, up to 90% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000, up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of £750.000, up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £1m

Income multiples: Up to four times principal income plus second or 3.3 times joint

Conditions: 0.35% added to rate for fees free remortgage package, including free valuation and free legal fees for properties in England and Wales, £500 cashback for properties in Scotland and no arrangement fee
