Type: Fixed-rate buy-to-let mortgage

Fixed term: Three years

Fixed rate: 6.19%

Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £350,000, up to 65% of valuation for new build properties

Income multiples: Rental income must be at least 125% of the mortgage repayments

Conditions: Applicants must have at least two existing buy-to-let properties, up to 10 properties allowed within a total maximum of £2m, no CCJs, arrears or defaults in the last 24 months, only available for properties in England and Wales

Arrangement fee: 2.5% of the original loan

Redemption fee: 5% of the amount repaid in the first three years, thereafter interest payable until the redemption date
