Kelly departs Tenet after three years

Tenet investment adviser services division managing director Nick Kelly is leaving after three-and-a-half years.

Kelly is in late-stage discussions with two financial services organisations and expects to have a position confirmed within a month.

Customer services director Steve Jones is taking over the helm at M&E and Interdependence until a replacement for Kelly is announced.

Client services director Glenn Chapman will head up IFA Professional, including responsibility for Mortgage Professional and Insurance Professional, which launched under Kelly’s direction in September 2005. Kelly says although he has enjoyed the challenge of taking the adviser division forward through a period of regulatory change, he is looking forward to a new challenge.

He says: “It is an ideal opportunity for me to move on and allow someone else to take the division forward to the next stage of its development.”

Tenet chief executive Simon Hudson says: “Nick has contributed greatly to Tenet over the past three years and I would like to thank him for his past commitment and wish him the very best in his future career.

“With its strong financial resources, Tenet is now poised to play a transforming role in the financial services sector and there are exciting times ahead.”
