Jupiter appoints non-executive chairman

Jupiter Investment Management Holdings Ltd has appointed Jamie Dundas as its non-executive chairman.

During his 35 year career Dundas has worked on the boards of a various companies. He has been a non-executive director of Standard Chartered PLC since 2004 and is also a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee at Drax Group plc (since 2005). He was also non-executive director of J Sainsbury plc between 2000 and 2007.

Jupiter Investment Management Holdings Ltd group chief executive Edward Bonham Carter says:”Jamie brings a wealth of skills to the Company, not only through his experience in the financial and property sectors but also in terms of the broad range of directorships he has held at major public companies. We very much look forward to drawing on his expertise as Jupiter’s business grows.”
