Jubilee Financial Products – Regular Income Plan Issue Five

Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Income and the return of capital linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 and S&P 500 indices

Minimum-maximum investment: £25,000-£1m

Term: Six years

Return: 2% income a quarter in the first two years from May 11, 2011 regardless of index performance,  thereafter 2% income a quarter provided both indices do not fall by 50% or more on each quarterly observation date

Guarantee: Original capital returned in full provided the indices do not fall by 50% or more without returning to at least their initial values by the final day of the term

Closing date: January 28, 2011, January 14, 2011 for Isa transfers

Commission: Initial 3%
