Jubilee Financial Products – Inflation Income Plan Issue 1

Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Income linked to the Retail Price Index and the return of capital linked to the performance of the FTES 100 index

Minimum-maximum investment: £10,000-£1m, Isa £10,2000

Term: Six years

Return:  A fixed level of monthly income equivalent to annual returns of 2% above the previous year’s Retail Price Index

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided the index does not fall by 50% or more without returning to at least its initial value

Closing date: February 25, 2011, February 11, 2011 for Isa transfers

Commission: Initial 3%
