Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 index

Minimum-maximum investment: £10,000-£1m, Isa £7,200, £10,200 for the over 50s

Term: Five years

Return: 10% of the original investment at the end of year one provided index is at or above its initial value, 18% at the end of year two, 24% at the end of year three, 28% at the end of year four or 30% at the end of year five

Guarantee: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided the index does not fall by 50% or more without returning to at least its initial value at the end of the term

Closing date: April 9, 2010, April 1, 2010 for Isas in 2009/10 tax year, plan closed to Isa transfers on March 12, 2010
