JLT appointed by Abbey for pensions outsourcing

Abbey National Financial and Investment Services is appointing Jardine Lloyd Thompson for the outsourcing of the entire Scottish Provident defined benefit client portfolio. The contract runs for up to five years and is worth up to £2.5m.

Another contract has been signed for JLT to administer Scottish Mutual&#39s defined benefit portfolio.

JLT head of corporate development Duncan Howorth says: “We are delighted to extend our relationship with Abbey&#39s Scottish based insurance companies in the life and pensions sector.”
