Minimum loan: £16,000

Maximum loan: Up to 70% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: Capital repayments of up to 25% of the original loan allowed without penalty, free valuation on properties valued up to £600,000 for remortgages, free basic legal fees for remortgages through Fasttrac remortgage service

Arrangement fee: £699 plus £99 reservation fee

Redemption fee: 2% in year one, 1% in years two and three
