Judges were particularly impressed in its use of technology to achieve genuine client engagement, as well its success in improving client outcomes this way, most notably reducing the advice cost year-on-year.

One said: “True Potential is the clear winner, as it has achieved what many others have been struggling to do and has been doing so for a long time”.

Judges were also impressed with Alexander House; in particular how it lives the idea that technology drives a business. However, while they recognised the firm is certainly moving in the right direction, judges felt it was too early in its journey to warrant the top spot this year. They awarded it highly commended.
