Best Pension Provider: Royal London

One of the reasons that shone through for advisers who nominated Royal London as their winner for the Best Pension Provider category was the strength of its customer service. Advisers like the fact that Royal London is easy to deal with, on top of its cost-effective products and the clarity of its client-facing documents.

One adviser said: “Royal London has led the way in customer service for many years.” Another added: “Royal London is always willing to help and has not adopted the ‘computer says no’ approach.”

The results were endorsed by Money Marketing’s advisory board, which commended the provider for its knowledgeable customer service reps and its engagement with advisers. Royal London pension specialist Fiona Tait was particularly highlighted as someone adding value for advisers.
