Best Platform: Transact

Transact topped our adviser survey in the Best Platform category, with “value” and “service” consistently coming out as the reasons why Transact should win the Best Platform award. Transact was also praised for how easy the platform was to use, for both advisers and clients, as well as the high quality of adviser support.

Technical support and administration was said to be “head and shoulders above the competition”. One adviser noted: “Transact is the best available platform with quality customer care. While not always the cheapest, it is value for money for us and the client.”

That view was endorsed by the Money Marketing advisory board, with one member commenting: “Transact is the original platform – it delivers very good service with a personal touch.”
