Best Protection Provider: Aviva

Aviva was named Best Protection Provider for the ease of its online application process as well as its competitive pricing. Advisers also liked the way Aviva focuses on an efficient turnaround once applications had been made, and the service proposition supporting the process. One adviser praised their Aviva BDM for the clarity they provide alongside training to address specific adviser needs. Another commented: “I had a large critical illness claim and the claims team were first class.”
