Type: Tracker mortgage.

Tracker term: Term of loan.

Tracker rate: Bank of England base rate plus 0.75 per cent.

Minimum loan: £25,000.

Maximum loan: Up to 95 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £250,000. Remortgages with additional funds for purposes other than home improvements up to 80 per cent of valuation subject to a maximum of £250,000.

Income multiples: 3.25 times principal income plus second or 2.6 times joint.

Arrangement fee: £295 for loans over 80 per cent of valuation.

Redemption fee: One month&#39s interest on original loan in first three years.

Conditions: Free valuation for existing customers.

Introducer&#39s fee: Loans of up to £100,000 0.3 per cent of loan, £100,001 and above 0.4 per cent of loan.
