Investec Asset Management has unveiled new share classes for its UK-domiciled Oeic fund range ahead of the retail distribution review.

The company has made a share class with a 0.75 per cent annual management charge available to fund platforms and advisers.

The new share class is available on the group’s risk-rated Managed Solutions Range and its specialist products, which include the Investec enhanced natural resources fund and the Investec UK special situations fund.

Investec UK client group managing director David Aird says: “In rolling out our RDR-ready share classes at 0.75 per cent six months prior to the RDR deadline we are aiming to give platforms, advisers and underlying clients peace of mind.”

A number of asset management houses – including Invesco Perpetual, Schroders, Jupiter, Cazenove and Rathbones – have already confirmed RDR-ready share classes ahead of the review’s implementation at the start of next year.
