Investec Structured Products – FTSE 100 Enhanced Kick Out Plan 17

Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 index

Minimum-maximum investment: £1,500-£1m, Isa £10,200

Term: Five years

Return: 11.25% growth plus original capital at the end of year one provided index is above its initial value, 22.5% at the end of year two, 33.75% at the end of year three, 45% at the end of year four or 120% of the growth in the index at the end of year five

Protection: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided the index does not fall by more than 50% without returning to at least its initial value

Closing date: December 31, 2010, December 17, 2010 for Isa transfers

Commission: Initial 3%, initial 1% or initial 1.25% plus renewal 0.39%
