Type: Capital-protected bond

Aim: Growth linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 index

Minimum-maximum investment: £1,500-£1m, Isa £10,200

Term: Five years                     

Return: 10% of the originl investment at the end of year one provided index is above its initial value, 20% at the end of year two, 30% at the end of year three, 40% at the end of year four or 120% of the growth in the index at the end of year five

Guarantee: Original capital returned in full at the end of the term provided the index does not fall by more than 50% without returning to at least its initial value

Closing date: May 28, 2010, May 14, 2010 for Isa transfers
