Investec spotlights five funds for Isa season

Investec Asset Management has launched a recession buster campaign which spotlights a range of five funds ahead of the close of this year’s Isa season.

Investec says the range of funds which includes the sterling bond fund, global gold fund, monthly high income fund, cautious managed fund and UK special situations fund are well positioned to capitalise on the value offered in gold, investment-grade bonds and deep-value equities.

From March 2 until June 30 IFAs are offered a rebate of the full initial charge of entry across the five funds. Advisers can choose to take the rebate as commission or pass the discount to their clients.

Investec managing director of UK distribution David Aird says: “With only two months remaining for investors to take advantage of their Isa allowances for the year, we have brought together a selection of five funds in our recession-buster campaign in order to assist IFAs and their clients to take advantage of the opportunities we see in the marketplace at the moment.”
