Investec Structured Products has launched an eighth series of plans, with a new income product offering payments of 6% per annum.

Investec Structured Products has launched an eighth series of plans, with an income product offering payments of 6% per annum.

The Capital Guaranteed FTSE 100 Income Plan will make the payments provided the index does not fall by 50% or more during the five-year term. Investec says it is structured as a deposit, so has a full capital guarantee.

Other products in the eighth series include the Enhanced Kick-out Plan, offering an annual rate of 15%, the Guaranteed Kick Out Plan, the FTSE 100 and RPI Combination Plan, the Geared Returns Plan and the Protected Growth and Accelerated Growth plans.

The plans are open to investment until May 29.
