Investec launches latest structured products tranche

Investec Structured Products has launched its ninth tranche of structured products.

The new tranche is open until July 10, 2009 and includes a capital guaranteed FTSE100 income plan, FTSE100 and RPI combination plan and both enhanced and kick out plans.

Investec structured products head of intermediary sales Gary Dale says: “‘With every launch we are constantly trying to improve our collection of Plans as the markets evolve. Investors need simple products and, given the current investment climate, capital guarantees.

“Our accumulation plans have been extremely popular. However we felt it was the right time to simplify the pay-off profiles which I believe will further enhance the Plans’ popularity amongst advisers and their clients. We have also adapted the terms of our Guaranteed 5 Year FTSE 100 Kick-Out Plan 4, which now offers two kick-out profiles simply requiring the FTSE 100 to be higher on future anniversaries to deliver early maturity.”
