Invesco Perpetual to launch global equity income trust

Invesco Perpetual is aiming to raise £100m in a new global equity income investment trust, to be managed by Paul Boyne and Doug McGraw.

The Invesco Perpetual global income trust will target a 3.5 per cent annualised initial yield.

Boyne runs the £157m onshore Invesco global equity income fund, which launched in March 2009. McGraw joined Invesco in 2009 and is a fund manager in the global equities team.
