Invesco Perpetual launches online IFA training website

Invesco Perpetual is launching a free intermediary training website utilising the latest web cast technology.

The site will provide IFAs with generic and more specific investment information and allow access to up to the minute market views around the clock.

The group believes it is the first investment provider to use the latest online media technology to launch a regular structured approach to web cast communications.

The portal will run audio and video web casts averaging around five minutes each around the themes of technical investment, markets and funds commentary and business value and will also provide registed users with update alerts.

Invesco Perpetual marketing director Rick White says: “Our research found that travelling to and attending training seminars can take up much of a busy intermediary’s time, and many would welcome the flexibilty of an online resource they can tap into from the ease and comfort of their own office.”

IFAs can access a trial by registering at www.investment-intelligence.co.uk.
