Invesco ads aim to reassure investors

Invesco Perpetual is running an ad campaign in the national, trade and consumer press designed to reassure investors it is doing all it can to weather the current market volatility.

The campaign uses two straplines – “With you every step of the way” and “Your investment partner for life” – to reflect its commitment to developing long-term relationships with investors.

The ads feature a fictional family which Invesco Perpetual says will give investors a sense of security, relationship and longevity.

They do not mention any products as Invesco Perpetual believes many consumers are sceptical about product claims at a time when investment returns are minimal.

UK marketing director Angus Woolhouse says: “Consumers clearly told us they needed to know Invesco Perpetual recognised how they felt in the current climate.”
