Intrinsic Value Partnership luanches new investment trust


Intrinsic Value Partnership has launched a new investment trust specialising in smaller quoted and unquoted company stocks.


The Intrinsic Value Trust aims to achieve a return greater than the FTSE All-Share index over the long term.


It will be managed by Belgo Group non-executive chairman Luke Johnson and Mark Horrocks, a former fund manager at Guardian Asset Management.


Intrinsic Value Partnership will hold a 20 per cent stake in the trust.


The trust will issue 25,000,000 ordinary shares for placing at 100p a share.


The trust will have a quarterly management fee of 0.25 per cent of the net asset value.
