Intelliflo has integrated its client-facing Personal Finance Portal with its adviser back office system Intelligent Office, allowing the automatic transfer of information between the two.
Intelliflo launched the PFP in January, which allows clients of IFAs to analyse their investments and carry out some basic transactions.
Now when any information is updated on the PFP, the client’s adviser will receive notification and updates of any changes through their back office system.
Clients can update information about their dependants, employment, income and expenditure and the information is automatically replicated in Intelligent Office.
The changes also mean when an adviser reviews or makes changes to a client’s asset allocation, tax wrappers or fact finds, the client is automatically notified through PFP.
Intelliflo says the PFP will be available via a mobile app when the firm adds new functionality in January.
