Intelliflo has integrated its client-facing Personal Finance Portal with its adviser back office system Intelligent Office, allowing the automatic transfer of information between the two.
Intelliflo launched the PFP in January meaning clients of IFAs could analyse their investments and carry out some basic transactions.
Now when any information is updated on the PFP the client’s adviser will receive notification and updates of any changes through their back office system.
Clients can update information about their dependants, employment, income and expenditure and the information is automatically replicated in Intelligent Office.
The changes also mean when an adviser reviews or makes changes to a client’s asset allocation, tax wrappers or fact finds, the client is automatically notified through PFP.
Intelliflo says the Personal Finance Portal will be available via mobile app when the firm adds new functionality in January.
Intelliflo chief executive Nick Eatock (pictured) says; “The new integration between IO and PFP aims to enable the adviser to document and provide evidence to their clients, exactly what they are doing for the fees they charge.”
The firm is set to announce the first full platform integration within the next two months which will see automatic data entry for investment recommendations from Intelligent Office to the platform. It says it aims for a further four similar integrations by the end of 2013.
