Insurance industry must do better, says Francis

ABI director general Mary Francis has warned the insurance industry that it must raise its standards or risk losing the confidence of the Government.

In a speech to the Insurance Institute of London last week, Francis said work was needed to raise both standards and the public&#39s perception of the industry.
