Institute seminar offers a guide to the new pension regime

The Pensions Management Institute is holding a full-day seminar on Managing Pension Schemes on September 3, in London.

The seminar is designed for pension managers and consultants, pension scheme advisors, human resources advisers and scheme trustees and is open both to members and non-members of the PMI.

The aim of the day is to help pension professionals navigate their way around dealing with regulation, pension sharing, advising trustee boards post-Myners and stakeholder.

There will be eight sessions during the day, covering topics from disclosure and communication of information by Motorola group pensions manager Lesley Alexander, as well as a legal update from CMS Cameron McKenna head of pensions Nigel Moore.
