Terms and conditionsPrize draw eligibility. First Active will be responsible for, and will manage, the promotion, including rules and regulations, to the point where winners are identified and notified to the Reward Company. (The Reward Company is the supplier appointed by First Active to manage the prizes and prize winners.) To qualify for each month’s prize draw, entrants must be registered with First Active, must be authorised by the FSA and must have correctly answered the three published questions for each month’s quiz. Inclusion into the draw is gained by receipt a competition entry from by First Active. Proof of posting or proof of sending entry by email will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Entry is limited to one entry per person per month. No purchase necessary. First Active employees are not eligible. First Active reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. Prize winners and prizesThe closing date for each prize draw is the last day of the corresponding month. The prize draw will take place within two working days of the end of the month of qualification. Every effort will be made to notify prize winners within five working days of the end of the qualification month. The first entry drawn will win the monthly first prize. The second entry drawn will win the first runners-up prize advertised for that month. The next 20 entries drawn will win the second runners-up prizes advertised for that month. No alterations can be requested to the advertised package. Tickets will be non-transferable and non-refundable. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes advertised. Winners will be bound by the relevant airlines’ terms and conditions by accepting the first prize packages (including baggage, check-in times, etc). Winners take responsibility for having the correct travel documents relevant to their journey. Insurance will be the sole responsibility of the traveller and neither First Active nor The Reward Company will be liable for loss, injury, cancellation or any other instance or incident beyond its direct control. Any special requests must be made at the time of prize winner notification and all efforts will be made to accommodate such requests. Please note that the relevant airlines’ terms and conditions may limit the ability to accommodate special requests. Winners and runners-up names will be published in First Active and Centaur Publications material. The winners’ names will be available on written request. First Active is promoting this prize draw, its decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
