It seems IFAs are never off duty, even when they are acting as an emergency service.

RJ Temple consult-ant Martin Crow recen-tly visited a client who blacked out as he opened the door. With lightning speed, Crow set up the client&#39s oxygen cylinder and looked after him until the doctor arrived.

So successful were his efforts to revive his client that he not only completed the actual business of his trip but also got the client to invest £7,000 in an extra income & growth plan.

Now that&#39s what we call value-added service.
