The Institute of Financial Planning has partnered with Calibrand and the Scottish Qualifications Authority to offer their level four financial advice diploma to its members.
The diploma in professional financial advice has been purpose-built for advisers and fulfils the FSA’s RDR qualification requirements.
Advisers can register for the diploma through the Calibrand adviser learning centre.
IFP chief executive Nick Cann (pictured) says: “The IFP is very happy to recommend the Calibrand/SQA diploma in professional financial advice suite of examinations as the best option in the marketplace taking into consideration value for money, attainability and customer service.
“Looking at gap filling, many are recognising that doing the exam to cover off the regulatory gap is the most straightforward option.”
Calibrand managing director Denis Saunders says: “Calibrand is delighted to have strengthened their relationship with IFP. The IFP continues to show its commitment in providing the best solutions for its members.”
