The Exchange is offering IFAs free ISDN installation and WAP mobile phone
handsets in a move it says will speed up its quotation service. The company
says the ISDN connections will give intermediaries faster access to product
quotations, business services and financial strength research through its
Exweb service.
The offer is running alongside The Exchange's WAP launch to consumers
which will give access to its Moneyextra.com personal finance service. A
range of Moneyextra.com services can now be accessed through web-enabled
mobile phones.
Consumer and IFA users can access personalised financial portfolio
summaries, share-price updates and the website's homepage property search
facility.
PR manager Charlie Musson says: “We are developing plans to offer the full
range of business to business services via WAP-enabled mobiles.”
