IFAP sets up freefone consumer hotline

IFA Promotion has set up a freefone consumer hotline offering information on local IFAs. IFAP will be phasing out its existing hotline number. The aim is to further boost enquiries to IFAP following its busiest year yet in 2000, with over 130,000 people contacting IFAP, an increase of 44 per cent on 1999. Callers to the freefone hotline can get details of three local IFAs and a free half-hour consultation voucher with the IFA of their choice. The information is also available on www.unbiased.co.uk.
