IFAP launches research panel

IFA Promotion has teamed up with Opinium Research to launch a new research panel, Independent Voice.

The online research panel will be recruiting IFAs from the 16,500 individual member IFAs currently listed on IFAP’s database to run monthly twin track IFA and consumer research on behalf of clients.

It will also build and run bespoke surveys with IFAs and consumers in tandem, with a view of capturing the differences and similarities in attitudes and expectations between the two groups.

IFAP chief executive David Elms says: “I believe this new panel will be second to none in its depth and quality. What’s also exciting and interesting about this panel is that you can link the views of IFAs and consumers to highlight a balance of opinion.”

Opinium director Dan Foreman says: “This link-up is a unique opportunity for Opinium. IFAs are at the coal face of the financial services industry, dealing with both providers and consumers, and their insight is invaluable when it comes to products and targeting.”
