Minimum premium: £7 a month and £1 for additional children

Maximum benefits: 100% of cost of check-ups, x-rays and hygienist visits up £20 for level one cover, £50 for level two, £150 for level three, 75% of the cost of dental treatment up to £200 for level one, £500 for level two, £2,000 for level three, 100% of the cost of dental accidents up to £5,000 each accident within a £10,000 total for levels one and two, up to £7,500 each accident within a £15,000 total for level three, 100% of the cost of dental emergency treatment up to £500 and callout fee up to £150 for level one, £750 and callout fee of up to £200 for level two, £1,000 and callout fee of up to £250 for level three, 100% of the cost of mouth cancer cover up to £4,000 for level one, £8,000 for level two, £12,000 for level three, up to 28 days worldwide cover for all levels
