Home of Choice ARs to trade under First Complete banner

Home of Choice staff and appointed representatives will initially trade under the LSL Property Services subsidiary First Complete in order to allow brokers to continue trading uninterrupted.

It is thought that the trading name Home of Choice will be resurrected at some point, possible as a trading name of First Complete, but to avoid delays in writing new business, it was thought better to trade under First Complete in the short term.

LSL Property Services bought Home of Choice’s assets from administration in a £1.5m deal on Friday.

LSL recently acquired Halifax’s estate agency operation and posted pre-tax profits of £28.3m in 2009, while the Home of Choice mortgage network has 500 appointed representatives.

    I think you’ll find that’s First Complete!

First Choice sold holidays – which many of us could really do with 🙂
