Hollingworth to join Countrywide

Countrywide has appointed former SimplyBiz Mortgages director of mortgages Emma Hollingworth as an account director within its corporate business division.

Hollingworth will take up the job in January and replaces Kharla Mullen, who has been promoted to the new role of head of central operations in Countrywide Surveying Services.

Hollingworth will join Sally Young and Richard Beardshaw as directors of the corporate business division, reporting to Countrywide Corporate Business managing director Guy Batchelor. The division is responsible for managing the sales and marketing functions for the Countrywide Group by promoting its asset management, auctions, conveyancing, LPA receivership, valuation and surveying services to corporate customers and lenders.

Batchelor says: “2012 is another important year for Countrywide and with her wealth of experience in the mortgage sector, Emma will be an integral part of the corporate business team providing us with new impetus to build on the success of the last three years.”
