Zero marks for gallantry to Brown Shipley&#39s Alan Mitchell for the email sent to Cauldron Consulting&#39s Jain Castiau after her mention in the Diary last week.

Jain received an email saying: “You can&#39t be the same Jain I worked with years ago – she must have been put out to grass a long time ago.” Think of fine wines, Alan, they get better with the years.
