Minimum loan: £25,001

Maximum loan: Up to 95% of valuation subject to a maximum of £250,000, up to 90% of valuation subject to a maximum of £350,000, up to 85% of valuation subject to a maximum of £500,000, up to 75% of valuation subject to a maximum of £750,000

Income multiples: Based on affordability

Conditions: Up to £500 in CCJs in the last two years acceptable, arrears not acceptable, bankruptcy/IVA acceptable if discharged/satisfactorily conducted, 0.25% added to rates up to 90% for self-cert applications, 0.35% added to rates for right to buy applications
