Henderson rebrands UK retail business

Following the acquisition of New Star Asset Management, Henderson Global Investors has rebranded its British retail business as Henderson New Star.

This is the second of the three main integration phases relating to the acquisition of New Star. The first was the completion of the deal and the third phase will be full administrative integration, the group says.

It expects the third stage to be completed early next year. Until then, fund names will be retained and the funds will continue to be administered separately.

As part of the rebrand Henderson New Star has launched a new website at www.hendersonnewstar.com.
