Henderson joins Pos Sol board

Mark Henderson has been promoted to the board of Positive Solutions as director of wealth management.
Henderson joined Positive Solutions in 2001 as business development manager and was promoted to assistant director earlier this year.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in the high net worth and ultra high net worth advice sector, having begun his career with Lloyds TSB Private Banking before moving on to Merrill Lynch International Private Client Group.
Pos Sol chief executive Neil Johnson says: “We welcome Mark to the board and look forward to his contribution to developing the successful products and services Positive Solutions and our IFA partners deliver to our clients.
“Mark has great knowledge of the Positive Solutions business through his six years’ experience with us and he shares our ambitions.
