Health Shield set to present latest offering at Employee Benefits Live

Health Shield will be revealing all about its new benefits, employer support programmes and online rewards portal at Employee Benefits Live.

At the show, the team will present:

  • PERKS, an online rewards portal with exclusive members discounts and offers
  • An improved 24-hour GP helpline, now with a virtual GP surgery and private prescription service
  • An enhanced employee assistance programme that now offers eight face-to-face appointments, as well as a 24-hour helpline and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT)
  • Home assistance cover, now also available with Tailored and Flex

Health Shield has also developed employer support programmes that include:

  • Active Care with Occupational Health Helpline — a stress prevention programme that positively influences an earlier return to work
  • Occupational Health Care Plan — a service that helps employers manage the ongoing health and wellbeing of employees
  • Business Care — a service that provides the reassurance that your client is fully compliant with fast-changing legislation

With mental health costing the UK £70bn a year and 100 million days lost due to sickness absence, these programmes are designed to help combat these statistics by giving employers all the support they need.

Health Shield can provide visitors with real-time quotes using its interactive Tailored software. An iPad Air is also up for grabs.
