Health Shield highlights benefits of voluntary corporate health cash plans

Corporate health cash plan provider Health Shield intends to raise awareness of its voluntary corporate product offerings in 2013 by encouraging a growing number of companies to tap into the cost-neutral scheme.

The non-profit-making friendly society aims to highlight the benefits of implementing a voluntary corporate health cash plan among human resources professionals, particularly if they do not have a budget for company funding.

Voluntary corporate schemes are completely cost free for employers and allow them to help employees meet the cost of everyday healthcare treatment by claiming 100 per cent refunds, up to chosen annual maximums.

According to Health Shield, the schemes are also convenient for the employee, with deductions made through their salary.
