Aim: Growth and income by investing initially in fixed income funds and other assets, then in unquoted UK and European companies involved in renewable energy projects with long-term guaranteed Government subsidies and energy developers

Minimum investment: Lump sum £5,000

Closing date: April 5, 2011 for 2010/11 tax year, April 30, 2011 for 2011/12 tax year

Charges: Initial 5.5%, annual 2%, performance fee 20-30% depending on performance

Special offer: 1% of amount invested in extra shares

Offer period: Until January 31, 2011
