Conditions:  Capital repayments of up to 10 per cent a year allowed without penalty in the discount period, free basic valuation for remortgages on properties up to £250,000, free legal fees up to £250 for remortgages or £250 cashback for purchases, £25 admin fee if the Society’s buildings insurance is not taken, available only for properties in England and Wales
