Handed fame on a pate

While celeb spotting over lunch in a Soho restaurant with an MM reporter, Bristol & West PR Debbie Stavely got very excited when she recognised a well-known media man.

Toller shattered Stavely&#39s illusions of having spotted a famous editor by telling her it was Ian Hislop of Private Eye and Have I Got News For You. The Diary wonders whether Hislop has been earning extra cash editing a downmarket trade magazine.
