Hamptons International appoints regional director

Hamptons International has appointed Phil Tennant as regional director for central and north London.

Tennant was previously manager of Hamptons International’s Chelsea branch and he will be responsible for building the company’s residential sales business in central and north London and increasing its market share.

Tennant has been in residential estate agency for ten years and holds a bilingual MBA.

Hamptons International managing director Mark Anderson says: “Phil has been an asset to Hamptons International, and his extensive experience of the London sales market coupled with his understanding of the UK property market as a whole will be invaluable, particularly as we continue to expand our branch network further across the UK. 2007 was a very successful year for the company, and Phil’s expertise will help us to build upon this throughout 2008.”
