Greg Kerr joins New Star from M&G

New Star has appointed Greg Kerr from M&G to run the US equities in its family investment accounts and to work in its institutional team.

Kerr ran M&G’s global technology fund until May 2005 and previously managed the firm’s global leaders and American funds until 2002. The firm has also appointed Jorry Noeddekaer from BankInvest to work in its Asian team.

New Star head of institutional clients Ian Lewis says: “The appointments will further strengthen our institutional fund management team.”
