Green guide to SRI from Holden Meehan

IFA Holden Meehan has published its latest Guide to Socially Responsible Investment with the aim of showing how savers can support companies which are trying to make a positive impact on the environment.

The guide covers the history of SRI and explains a range of green investments and financial products including pensions, Isas, Peps and VCTs.

Results of the Johannesburg summit are summarised in a table which outlines the problems and results relating to each of the main issues discussed.

Information on the leading environmental agencies and details on ways to protect the environment are also included.

Holden Meehan, which has made its reputation from its efforts in SRI, became the first carbon-neutral IFA in the world earlier this year.

Marketing director Graham Hooper says: “We have the specialist knowledge to help savers and investors at any stage of their financial life. Whether they are looking for an ethical pension, mortgage, Isa, bank or building society account, we can point them in the right direction to suit their preferences.”
